Policyholders are requested to submit the necessary supporting documents within the next 35 days to facilitate the processing and payment of their claims.

The company is committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent claims settlement process. However, claim files that remain incomplete or are not settled within the stipulated 35-day period may be subject to closure. Policyholders are encouraged to visit their nearest SGIC branch or contact the central claims desk for assistance.
